Charter Member events

TiE Oregon Charter Member Events are offered several times a year.  Through social occasions, excursions etc., Charter Members get to know each other and the community. These events are always fertile ground for new ideas, connections, and perspectives with old friends and new ones.

TiE Charter Members are dedicated to the mission of TiE and the virtuous cycle of wealth creation, engaging and giving back to the community. They believe in the merits of capitalism, and have a strong desire to help other entrepreneurs in the community. Charter Membership is by invitation only and subject to a due process prescribed in the TiE bylaws.

Mentoring can start with an individual meeting at an Event, and move on all the way to getting Funding, expansion to new geographies, and getting introduced to the right fund managers. In addition to supporting entrepreneurs and members within our community, TiE collaborates with policymakers to promote the entrepreneurial spirit. TiE has frequently partnered with the Indian government, delegations, and accomplished entrepreneurs to advocate for startup policy development and stimulate growth in emerging economies.
